From Fire With Soul returns to Moinho Dom Quixote!

On June 10th, from 1pm, Moinho Dom Quixote welcomes back guest Chef Miguel Marçalo for another edition of From Fire With Soul (Do Fogo Com Alma in Portuguese) a celebration of live-fire cooking, shared moments and the flavours that connect Portugal and Brazil around the same table.

With more than 15 years of culinary experience, Miguel Marçalo brings a cuisine inspired by tradition, fire and respect for ingredients, through a menu designed to be enjoyed slowly.

With summer arriving and the days growing longer, our terrace overlooking the Atlantic is the perfect setting for an afternoon that begins slowly and ends with soul.

🔥 Brasa & Fumo Menu · 25€ 2 Starters + 1 Main Course + 3 Side Dishes

Choose between Slowly Smoked Short Rib prepared for hours to reach the perfect balance of texture and flavour or Open-Grilled Half Chicken with herb butter, roasted garlic and burnt lemon.

🌿 Vegetarian Menu · 18€ 1 Starter + 1 Main Course + 2 Side Dishes.

Grilled Halloumi Cream, Courgette and Toasted Nuts where vegetables and smoked flavours take centre stage, with the same attention to detail.

🌱 Vegan Menu · 18€ 1 Starter + 1 Main Course + 2 Side Dishes.

Feijoca Bean Cream, Courgette and Toasted Nuts, a 100% vegan option, crafted with care and flavour.
