Moinho Dom Quixote is preparing for an unforgettable farewell to summer: in the heart of the Sintra mountains, with privileged views over the Atlantic, the event From Fire with Soul promises to celebrate the season in great style!


O fogo no centro da celebração: receberemos a gastronomia ancestral do Chef convidado Miguel Marçalo no Moinho Dom Quixote, junto a uma viagem sonora com live Vinil Session World Music com DJ Thiago e Ca.au.

On September 18, this special event comes to life in our event area and terraces, where the open-air grill places fire at the center of the celebration: the ancestral cuisine of guest Chef Miguel Marçalo meets a live Vinyl Session World Music journey with DJ Tiago and Ca.au.


With over 15 years of experience in gastronomy and a passion for Mediterranean, ancestral, and functional cuisine, with a special focus on fermentation and conscious eating, Chef Miguel Marçalo’s work brings together tradition, innovation, and well-being, always with the mission of regenerating both body and spirit through food.

This will also be a moment of collective celebration, designed to be shared. Among family, friends, or new encounters, fire inspires communion, good conversation, and the energy of a summer that bids farewell leaving unforgettable memories at Moinho Dom Quixote.
